Administrative Assistant / Office Manager | Florida Bar Registered Paralegal
Amy Martinez joined our firm in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager and has since become an integral part of the firm’s daily operations. In this role, Amy oversees the administrative functions of the office, coordinates day-to-day operations, and works closely with Attorney Dahl and Attorney Stephens to ensure the firm operates efficiently and, most importantly, that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
A native of Miami, Amy earned her Associate’s degree from Miami-Dade College and continued her studies at Florida International University. She is a Florida Bar Certified Paralegal with more than 28 years of experience in the legal support profession. Her extensive background includes seven years serving as Judicial Assistant to the Administrative Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, providing her with invaluable insight into the legal system and a strong foundation in professionalism, organization, and client service.
Amy is proud to call Lake County home and has embraced the community wholeheartedly. Her commitment to serving others extends well beyond the workplace. Amy currently serves on the Board of the Women’s Giving Alliance, an organization dedicated to supporting women and children throughout the South Lake community. She has also served as PTO President and as a member of the School Advisory Council (SAC) at both Clermont Middle School and South Lake High School. Her dedication to youth and education has included mentoring students through the STAR program, as well as many years of leadership and volunteer service with the Girl Scouts.
In her spare time, you will find Amy driving around town with her husband, Walter in their red Jeep. Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. She also loves exploring local farmers’ markets, attending wine strolls and live music events.
Fluent in Spanish, Amy brings a unique combination of extensive legal experience, strong organizational skills, community leadership, and genuine compassion to her work. She takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service and strives to ensure that every client feels welcomed, respected, and supported throughout their experience with the firm.
